Hills, olive groves, vineyards and almond trees makes the surrounding of Calpe and the landscape beautiful. In a 50 kilometer radius there are many villages like Moraira, Benissa or Altea with all its own story. With the sound of castanets, the smell of grilled prawns and the fruity taste of sangria you walk into Calpe. Here you can walk through the winding streets in the old Center. Get carried away and price yourself lucky for all the beauty, in whatever form, you can see here!

Casa Elisabeth, a modern, detached villa with a luxurious new décor and with two floors with a total of 4 bedrooms (2 downstairs and 2 upstairs) and it is up to for a maximum of eight people. The entire villa has got air conditioning. The entrance is through a few steps. Bright living room with large windows, comfortable seating area, flat screen tv, dining area and a door to the terrace. Open kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer.

First floor: bedroom 1: a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. Bathroom with walk-in shower, and toilet. Bedroom 2: with a double bed. Second bathroom with shower, sink, toilet.

Ground floor, reachable from the outside with bedroom 3: two single beds with built in wardrobe. Bedroom 4: double bed with wardrobe. Bathroom with toilet and shower. For your convenience here a second fully equipped kitchen. Parking on private, fenced yard.

Outside

At the top floor is a small cosy terrace where you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea.
Downstairs to the living area is a covered terrace with garden table and chairs. You will also find the private swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower.
You can also enjoy a cosy gas barbecue.
You can always park your car on the grounds, which are fully enclosed.

Surroundings

Calpe has wide sandy beaches along with a promenade and is known for its enormous ‘Ifach’ rock (over 3500ft2/332m2).

Here you can find a nature park with unique vegetation and over 300 species of animals. From here you can enjoy a panoramic view over the entire Marina Alta coast.

Furthermore, in the area of Calpe there are some excellent golf courses (Altea, Javea, and Benidorm).

In the vicinity of Calpe you can visit villages such as Javea (with e.g. the sandy Arenal beach) and Denia (for a pleasant shopping experience and its marina). The cosy village of Moraira (about 5 m/9km), the attractive town of Altea (about 6 m/11 km) with its narrow little streets and beautiful parish church, or you could just go for a ride through the beautiful hinterland.

For the adventurous the hinterland is particularly suitable for cycling, mountain biking, hiking, etc.

For day trips we recommend the cities of Alicante and Valencia. In Benidorm (about 15 m/25 km) you will find beautiful amusement parks, such as Terra Mitica (theme park), Aqualandia (water slides), and Mundomar (dolphinarium).
